We provide a Circular Economy Based Platform, for resale of reusable material as resources based on recollect, recover, recycle circular economy principle. The platform facilitates supply and demand matchmaking for resale of recollected materials from Generator to Recycler (C to B), Recycler to PIBO (B to B)). Buyer and Saler both shall be responsible and abide the Statutory Acts, Laws, Rules, Regulations, Norms, Guidelines, Notifications issued by Government of India, State Governments, Urban Local Bodies, and any Government Statutory Authorities (Pollution Control Boards, Ministries and Departments etc.) entrusted to regulate the concern subject matter as per law of the land of operation.
Portal expect Seller and Buyer to conduct and transact in good faith, goodwill, honesty with each other so that they shall not be held responsible for mis-conduct by either Saler or Buyer as per law of the land. Any misconduct may lead to dis-qualification or downgrading of Seller as well as Buyer on the portal and may attract enforcements in the form of debar from the Portal.
